Innovation is the corner stone of MK business. Owing many patens, MK is always the powerful partner for the customers both with mature technology and the new one being underdeveloped. The goal of MK is to keep the technology leadership in the industry forever.
7% of sales revenue will be used in R&D each year in MK, Due to the acquisition of the post-press R&D of HDM Germany, which is a worldwide leader in printing equipment manufacturing with over hundred years operation, there are 305 patents fed back to MK and joint developing work between domestic and oversea offices is enabled.
The MK Research Institute was jointly established with Tianjin University in order for MK to speed up the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and can continuously provide the customized products and services with good quality and differential properties.
Until now, and there are total 20 projects finished with up-to-date technology both domestic and oversea.
Intelligent Manufacturing
Smart Producing
Information management platform is built up based on ERP and MES and other auxiliary smart management units. The real-time data can be collected, recorded and reviewed, the working steps are jointly supervised in order to ensure the stable and efficient production.
The largest intelligent producing base in Asia
The smart manufacturing workshop with 60,000-sqm coverage, includes assembling workshop, machining workshop, test workshop, warehouse, commission center, and inspection center. Over 99% of yield rate can be realized from both assembly and manufacturing, 800+ standard sets can be produced annually with output value of 1Billion RMB.
Globalized cooperation of manufacturing
The oversea producing base was established by the taking over the Slovakia plant in 2016,so that the joint manufacturing can be realized with Tianjin plant.
The supply chain can be harmonized and key parts can be self-made and self-controlled
In addition to the top-level machining work in MK, the key parts, like cast components, sheet metal and high-end parts can be self-produced and self-controlled via the arrangement in the up-stream supply chains, then the products are of high quality and stability and the cost of customer can be lowered as much as possible.
